1. 🎁 Refund Policy
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping.
- The product received does not match the description on the website.
- The refund request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Note:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
- We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind, incorrect size or color choice, or no longer wanting the product.
2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We work with third-party print-on-demand and shipping partners to process and deliver your orders directly to your provided address.

- 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
📦 Estimated delivery times:
- United States (US): 5–10 business days
- Australia (AU): 7–14 business days
- Canada (CA): 6–12 business days
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product and destination, and clearly displayed at checkout.
We currently do not offer free shipping due to high printing and shipping costs.
🚛 Note: Free shipping promotions (if any) apply to orders shipped within the United States only.
📨 Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email to monitor its delivery status.
3. 🔁 Return Policy & Procedure
We only accept returns for items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged during shipping.
Return conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- You must provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
👉 Note: As this product is printed on demand, any returns not due to manufacturer defect may be subject to a 35% restocking fee of the total product value to cover the original printing, packaging, and shipping costs.

4. ❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once production or shipping has begun, the order cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return under our return policy.
